Welcome to the Main Street Inn - Parkville’s not-so-hidden gem where vintage elegance meets bold personality, and breakfast is never just a muffin and a shrug.

Housed in a lovingly restored 1885 Queen Anne beauty, our traditional bed & breakfast blends three swoon-worthy guest suites with modern amenities and historic soul. Think towel warmers, flameless candles, smart TVs, cozy robes, and just enough extra pillows to build a fort. (Which we fully support.) Each suite nods to Parkville’s story - with handcrafted details, restored architecture, and local art that’s more than just pretty.

We’re nestled in historic downtown Parkville, just steps from the shops, coffee spots, restaurants, trails, and river views that make this little town such a charmer. Antique all day, sip wine by our fire tables at night, or linger on the front porch... it's all encouraged.

Keep an eye out for Mr. Ray (of Sunshine), our bow-tied house cat and part-time porch philosopher. He takes his guest relations duties seriously… unless he’s napping.

And yes, breakfast is a thing here. A three-course, seasonal, made-from-scratch kind of thing. Served at a shared table with real conversation, real connection, and French press coffee poured with flair. Zero buffet lines. Zero awkward small talk. Just good food and good people.
